Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us at [insert email address] to initiate the return process.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, and will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. If you choose to exchange your item, we will ship the new item to you as soon as we receive the original item.
Damaged Items:

Virtual/Downloadable Products:
For virtual/downloadable products, all sales are final and non-refundable. We will, however, work with you to resolve any technical issues that prevent you from accessing the product.
