The snails and slugs of the Scheveningen forest cross the bike lanes. These animals carelessly come out from the bushes when the ground is wet after rain, and slide across the road searching for food. With the warning road signs I’d like to draw attention to the presence of snails and slugs, and reduce the number of traffic accidents. The handpainted wood objects follow the form of the well-known deer warning road sign.
